Natasha founded CCG after a 20+ year career driving and supporting large global transformations for Fortune 100 corporations. She spent 15 years at Merck where she worked in a variety of roles in R&D, Commercial, and Manufacturing ultimately becoming an Executive Director of Strategy & Business Transformation. During her tenure she led and supported the design and implementation of large-scale change programs that impacted 140 countries. She learned how to effectively work and support key stakeholder needs from the CEO to the shop floor. One of her fondest experiences was being part of the corporate team leading the Merger Integration activities when Merck purchased Schering Plough to build a $42B company.
She left Merck to become the VP of HR OD&L at a Fortune 100 technology company and her role was to support the President to drive leadership effectiveness and business transformation. Natasha led Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning, functions and was also responsible for Diversity initiatives and Leadership Effectiveness.
Natasha has graduate degrees in Organizational Psychology & Change Leadership from Columbia University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Monmouth University. She is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Executive Coach, Change Management Expert, Trainer, Corporate speaker and author.
